Reflexology Lymph Drainage is a ground breaking and multi award winning technique, which can be used to help reduce lymphoedema after treatment for breast cancer. RLD is also useful for clients with other (non-cancer related) more common conditions e.g. auto immune disorders.

I am a member of:
• Full Member of Association of Reflexologists (AOR)
• Member of Essex Reflexology Support Network
• Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR)

I am fully insured to perform treatments in Reflexology, Pregnancy Reflexology, Fertility Reflexology, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage and Hopi Ear Candling. My qualifications and Licence are displayed in my treatment room and I will happily provide a copy of my insurance cover on request.

I have had an interest in reflexology for over 17 years which all started when I suffered with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME for a period of 9-12 months and I turned to reflexology. Not only did I find reflexology both fascinating and enjoyable, but it was also extremely beneficial in re-balancing my body and I am convinced it helped with my return to full health. This inspired me to become a practitioner, and 8 years later I achieved my personal goal and completed a VTCT Level 3 Diploma and qualified as a reflexologist.

I also found reflexology excellent in the third trimester of my second pregnancy when I suffered with sciatic problems.

I believe that regular reflexology contributed to my short and easy labour and my daughter being delivered on her due date. In 2013, I faced another challenge, as I was diagnosed with breast cancer.
I had regular reflexology treatments provided by the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity which helped me cope with my treatment plan.
