My name is Paul Hack. I took the P and the H from my name to form PH Therapies with the slogan 'It All About Balance'. I embarked on a career as a professional therapist following a prolific musical theatre and dance career with credits both internationally and in the West End. Dancers are known for having a strong connection with body awareness and a higher sense of functional movement. My career as a dancer equipped me with a strong kinesthetic relationship with the human body and an informed level of touch. This relationship enhances my work as PH Therapies. As a result my understanding of how to treat the musculoskeletal system is heightened and well will not be disappointed with the healing nature of my touch!

Mon – Fri: 2 slots available 5.15pm / 6.30pm
Sat – Sun: 10.00am – 6.00pm
Occasionally I can treat outdide of these hours depending on my commitments at Urdang Academy where I am Artistic Director / Treatment Manager.
